There will be celebration of Mass each day, Confessions, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and an Adoration Chapel open throughout the weekend.
Father Peter is coming from the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Poland and will bring a first class relic of St. Faustina and bless each of us.
Matthew Baute, an inspirational singer/songwriter travels the US as a full-time lay "music missionary" sharing God's message of mercy and love through prayer songs. Matthew's music is published by World Library Publications, and his 2007 recording "HOLD ME, LORD" received a Unity Award for "Praise and Worship Album of the Year". His newest release "RIVER OF GRACE" is Matthew's most prayerful collection to date, songs that encourage a deeper surrender and trust in God as we all journey down the river of life. When not traveling, Matthew leads the Sunday contemporary choir at his home parish of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in St. Louis where he has ministered since 2002. Matthew will be leading the music ministry for the Conference weekend.
The St. Louis Marian Conference is for the family. Our Lady invites us to come and to pray in her honor. Coming to the Conference with your loved one or a good friend for the weekend in January is the best way to jump start the New Year. Come and witness how the Holy Spirit draws each one to a closer relationship with our Lord and with each other.
We cannot afford to take Jesus or our spiritual life for granted. The closer we know our Lord, we know He will ask something of me. I know something in me will change. As a Catholic I will not be afraid. As a good shepherd calls his sheep when they start to wander, so Jesus calls to us so we do not go too far astray. Our Lady leads us to her Son and when we feel we cannot begin again, she reminds us to start again and to start with her Son's love. Come, seek, and find the love and mercy of Jesus when we trust in Him.
The cost for the 3-day event is only $35 ($40 after 12/31);
$40 at the door, $40 for Saturday only; group of 8 or more $25 prior to 12/28; Young Adults $15; Children (5-11) $5. Registration for Priests, Deacons, Vowed Religious is no charge. Gift registrations are available.
